PU Timing Belt with Cleats

HOLO’s PU Timing Belt with Cleats features thermally welded cleats available in Polyurethane, Nylon, or Polyurethane-with-metal-nut variants for maximum grip and holding force. Ideal for high-precision, high-speed, low-noise synchronous conveying, it comes in standard PT, DJ, K, LM, T, and V-shaped cleat profiles — with custom cleat designs available upon request.

PU Timing Belt with Cleats

The belt back is fitted with various cleats to suit a wide range of conveying applications. The cleats can be manufactured from the same material as the belt for maximum grip, or from a special material where required. The cleats are thermally welded to the belt to form a single, integrated unit, ensuring maximum holding force throughout the entire operating cycle. For applications requiring high precision, high running speed, and low noise in product synchronous conveying, HOLO timing belts with cleats are the ideal solution.

Cleat Designs

Our PU timing belt can be made with different shapes of cleats on the back side as customer required.

Available Materials

🧪

Polyurethane

Cleats manufactured from the same material as the belt for maximum grip.

🔩

Polyurethane with Metal Nuts

Cleat option supplied with metal nuts where additional fixing is required.

🧵

Nylon

Special cleat material available where the application requires it.

Positioning

Tooth or Space

The positioning can correspond to a tooth or to the space between teeth.

Pitch Recommendation

We recommend choosing a paddle pitch equal to the belt pitch — this minimizes the influence of tolerances on the overall belt length.

Flexibility Tip

Note that positioning over a tooth maximizes the flexibility of the belt.

Key Advantages

High precision High running speed Low noise Product synchronous conveying Thermally welded, single integrated unit Maximum holding force
