Final
Performance Testing
Before any machine leaves our facility, it undergoes our rigorous “24-Hour Endurance Protocol.” This includes a 100% full-load aging test, where the belt runs through the production machine to simulate real-world processing conditions.
We use advanced thermal imaging to verify temperature uniformity across the entire platen—guaranteeing ±2°C accuracy for a perfect, bubble-free belt joint every time.

Pre-Shipment
