PU timing Belts are manufactured in thermoplastlc polyurethane. It has strong anti-wear. It has small production tolerance.PU timing belt has the reliable transmission and the fine size stability. A layer of nylon can be added in the tooth face and/orback in order to guarantee the running specialty in the special applications; also can added a thick layer of polyurethane inthe back of the belt to resist corrosion or high loading. Different core can be used to meet different demands. Core types:Steel, Stainless steel, Kevlar.

Belt types: Open Belt (M), Joined Belt(V), Endless Belt(Flex).

A new-generation power transmission belt made of polyurethane, combining precise, positive drive with outstanding wear resistance and durability, widely used in various linear mechanical drive systems. It is available in two standard forms: open-ended and welded endless.

Open-Ended — Ideal for linear motion and lifting/pulling applications, where its stability and precision make it the optimal solution.

Welded Endless — Produced by thermal welding process, available in virtually any length to meet diverse design requirements in precision conveying applications.

Timing belt materialselection

  1. Standard Product Material:The belt body is made of thermoplastic polyurethane with a hardness of 92 Shore A, offering high wear resistance.
  2. Standard Product Steel Cords:The tension cords are steel wire ropes with high tensile strength and a high modulus of elasticity.
  3. Standard Fabric Covers:The tooth surfaces are covered with PAZ fabric, the back with PAR fabric, or PAZ-PAR (fabric on both the tooth surfaces and back), available upon request. The fabric covers serve to reduce the coefficient of friction, improve tooth meshing, and lower noise levels.

4.Optional special cloth layer: anti-static cloth.
