  1. Cleat Molding

    With dedicated molds, raw rubber cleat blanks are compression‑molded into standard geometries (Type T, Type C, etc.). It ensures consistent dimensions, regular shape and dense internal structure free of bubbles.

  2. Integrated Hot‑Vulcanized Bonding of Cleat‑Base Belt‑Sidewall

    Position and assemble rubber cleats, base belt and sidewalls. Vulcanize under set temperature and pressure to achieve molecular cross‑linking of rubber. Cleats are integrated with the base belt, with bonding strength close to the conveyor belt body, preventing cleat tearing and falling off during operation, superior to cold bonding process.
