Main Functions

his machine is suitable for welding, edge‑pressing of small belts, and welding of guide strips.
Ⅰ. Processable Products
PTFE (Teflon) Conveyor Belts / Mesh Belts
Ring‑splicing for small PTFE flat belts and mesh belts, to join open‑ended belts into endless loops.
Edge‑pressing and sealing on belt side edges to prevent fraying and loose fibers.
Welding PU / silicone guide strips and barrier strips to the back of belts for positioning and anti‑deviation purposes.
PTFE Fabrics & PTFE Films
Splicing and edge‑sealing for fiberglass‑coated PTFE high‑temperature fabrics and PTFE tapes.
Splicing of thin‑gauge PTFE films (FEP adhesive film is required).
Operating Instructions:
  1. Turn on the power switch and set the temperature. Start operation only after the actual temperature reaches the set value. (Approx. 380℃)
  2. Stack three layers (both sides of the material plus adhesive film) on the lower heating plate of the splicing machine.
  3. Press the down‑pressure button or step on the foot pedal to lower the upper heating bar. (Pressing time: approx. 1‑2 min)
  4. When the timer expires, the upper heating bar will rise automatically, and the main welding process is completed
