Product Introduction

Series of AT End‑Grinding Machine (also known as Grinding Machine) and NH Bonding Machine (also known as Splicing Machine) are widely used for various flat belt transmissions in textile, printing, rubber, chemical, machinery, pharmaceutical and other industries. They are ideal special‑purpose equipment for end‑grinding and endless splicing of nylon base belts, tangential belts and spindle tapes.
Adopting full‑pneumatic design, the machine features light‑weight & safe operation. It delivers excellent grinding performance with uniform and fine finished surface.

Operation

  1. Verify the power supply voltage before use to avoid malfunction caused by wrong power connection.
  2. Switch on power. Turn the worktable handwheel to move the worktable forward to grinding position. Press button SB1 to energize intermediate relay JZ7‑44. The motor will drive the grinding wheel to run at high speed. Turn the handwheel to start grinding. Keep uniform manual feeding speed during processing.
  3. Grinding angle adjustment: Rotate the eccentric part and support under the worktable to change the tilting angle of worktable. Tighten the set screw after adjustment.
  4. For Model AT‑400 and AT‑600, select the corresponding scale according to belt thickness for end‑grinding.
  5. Reliable earthing is mandatory for machine operation.

Maintenance

  1. Abrasive belt replacement: Remove old abrasive belt from grinding roller. Clean roller surface with acetone. Paste new abrasive belt onto roller with double‑sided adhesive tape. Do not use until the adhesive is fully cured.
  2. Keep machine clean after operation. Lubricate transmission parts regularly. Keep power cable intact. Store the machine in dry and well‑ventilated place when not in use.

    Verification  pressure stability, control panel accuracy, and structural integrity.
